Role Overview
As a Senior Account Executive at Nooga, you’ll play a key role in driving our growth by owning the full sales cycle - from discovery to close. You’ll work with both outbound sales and inbound product-led leads, turning them into strategic customer relationships. You’ll also pursue high-value enterprise opportunities, contributing directly to our go-to-market strategy and helping expand our presence across existing and new markets.
You’ll collaborate closely with our marketing and product teams to refine messaging, shape campaigns, and co-manage the sales funnel - from top-of-funnel acquisition strategies to conversion and expansion. This is a role for someone with deep B2B SaaS experience, especially in complex buying environments, and who brings energy, structure, and action to everything they do.
Experience with PLG motions, ABM strategies, or regulated industries is a strong plus in this role.
What You'll Do
- Own and lead full-cycle B2B SaaS sales from first contact to close
- Qualify inbound product-led leads and identify upsell/expansion opportunities
- Target, engage and close high-value enterprise accounts using ABM strategies
- Build and manage a strong pipeline through a mix of inbound and outbound outreach
- Collaborate with marketing on funnel performance, messaging, and campaign strategies
- Partner with product and customer success to align on GTM and customer needs
- Contribute to the development of sales processes and playbooks
- Share insights, feedback, and performance data across the team
What You'll Bring
- Proven track record in B2B SaaS sales, particularly to enterprise customers
- Strong consultative selling skills and experience navigating complex buyer journeys
- Experience working with product-qualified leads and product-led growth motions
- Familiarity with ABM and account-based selling strategies
- Comfortable selling to multiple stakeholders including IT, compliance, and procurement
- Skilled in qualification, discovery, and building a healthy, data-driven pipeline
- Structured, process-oriented, and hands-on in a fast-moving environment
- Excellent communicator and collaborator across functions
Bonus Skills
- Experience in RegTech, Agile tooling, or governance/risk SaaS platforms
- Understanding of frameworks like DORA, NIS2, or ISO standards
- Experience selling into engineering, IT, or GRC stakeholders
