The idea for Nooga was born from the personal experiences of its founders (Magnus Juvas and Emelie Alftrén), who saw how businesses struggled to balance agility with governance.

Magnus, a serial entrepreneur behind Solidify and Transcendent Group, saw how disconnected security and compliance processes slowed innovation and increased risk.

Emelie, with over two decades in risk management and governance, recognized the inefficiencies of traditional GRC tools and practices that relied on outdated, top-down approaches instead of real-time data from where work happens.

Determined to solve these challenges, they created Nooga: tools that seamlessly integrate governance, risk management, and compliance into existing workflows. By eliminating friction and replacing outdated, manual, and disconnected tools, Nooga empowers businesses to scale securely without slowing down.
