Sofie Sandberg is a Product Manager at Nooga building Nooga Risk, a tool that embeds risk intelligence directly into business decisions. As a Certified Internal Auditor with expertise in risk management, internal controls, and information security, she combines this foundation with knowledge of the SAFe framework and agile methodologies. With experience across tech, financial services, and consumer goods in operational, leadership, and consulting roles, she understands how risk management succeeds when it supports decisions from strategic direction to daily operations.
Odile Moreau is a Strategic Advisor and SPCT (SAFe Program Consultant Trainer) at Scaled Agile, Inc., where she has served since August 2022. With over two decades of experience, she specializes in guiding enterprises toward embracing Lean-Agile mindset, principles, and practices at scale. Prior to joining Scaled Agile, she spent three and a half years as Senior Lean Agile Transformation Consultant at Capgemini, where she helped grow their SAFe community to over 3,500 certified professionals across 18 countries. Odile combines deep expertise in business agility with practical coaching on behaviour and leadership, making her a highly effective transformation advisor for international organizations.
